“When we first booked our June, 2024 wedding and were informed that a wedding coordinator was required, we thought that we could do it all ourselves. However, after working with Montana, we can’t imagine managing a wedding without Montana on our team! She provided so many useful resources, including our day-of schedule and worked with us to make sure that it fit our needs. In the month leading up to the event, she was so helpful in joining every vendor planning call to understand our vision and help vendors to understand the broader event timeline. She also managed some tricky vendor communication, and was able to get everyone on the same page and with all of the correct documentation. While at our rehearsal, she took all of our decorations, so that we didn’t have to worry about anything during our wedding day, and once we both got to the venue 2 hours before the ceremony, she had already gotten everything 95% set-up and looking exactly how we had talked about it. During the wedding, she made sure that we didn’t feel any pressure by managing the rest of the vendors, and only came to us to remind us of what event was next. “My wedding was held June 2022, the whole thing was completely DIY with the help of friends and family. However, we did decide to invest in a coordinator, and it was the best decision we made! Montana was absolutely amazing, there are no words to describe how much she had done for us. Although we only hired her as a day of coordinator, she was with us every step of the way. She was willing to come over multiple times as and visually see the whole set up we had planned and help us get organized with the little details. She was even down for crazy ideas like a bride stealing and a piñata. Although pre-wedding it is crazy as expected, we had a bunch of changing plans by the minute, and Montana kept up flawlessly. As they say, what can go wrong will go wrong. My photographer called out the day before with Covid, we found a new one. Our Dj and MC who were our friends got covid, we found speakers and Montana made sure the right music was played for all the important events. A groomsman landed in the hospital and could not make rehearsal, she made sure he knew when to walk the day of. A server I hired did not show up, Montana got them to send someone else and I did not know there was even a problem until later when it was all handled! My wedding was magical and completely stress free. We had so much fun and Montana and her assistants helped make sure we were taken care of and fed.
